How fast can Bike Rescue reach me in Singapore?
Bike Rescue typically arrives within 20–30 minutes for locations in the North and Central regions, and up to 45 minutes islandwide during peak hours. Being based in Woodlands, we're often fastest for riders in Woodlands, Yishun, Sembawang, Admiralty, and along the BKE, SLE, and Woodlands Causeway.
Does Bike Rescue tow motorcycles islandwide, or just in Woodlands?
Yes, Bike Rescue provides 24/7 motorcycle towing islandwide across Singapore. Our base in the north means faster response times for the North-South corridor, but we cover all expressways and neighbourhoods.
How much does motorcycle towing cost in Singapore?
Rates start from S$30 for daytime towing (7am–7pm), S$40 for evenings (7pm–12am), and S$50 for midnight/emergency callouts (12am–7am, Sundays and Public Holidays). Mike confirms the exact rate with you before any work begins.
Can Bike Rescue tow my motorcycle directly to an LTA scrapyard?
Yes, we offer direct towing to LTA-authorised scrapyards as part of our scrapping and deregistration service.
Does the towing fee include scrapyard disposal charges?
No — Bike Rescue's towing fee covers transport only.
Scrapyard disposal fees are separate and payable directly to the scrapyard, typically from S$20. For example, Kiat Lee is one of the nearer LTA-authorised scrapyards to our Woodlands base, though we are not limited to working with them.
Does Bike Rescue help with accident recovery, not just breakdowns?
Yes, we handle both mechanical breakdowns and accident recovery, including transporting the motorcycle for insurance or accident claim purposes.
What is 2-way towing?
2-way towing means Bike Rescue can transport your motorcycle to a destination and, if needed, tow it back again. This is useful for workshop visits or bike transport between locations.
Do I need to pay before Bike Rescue arrives?
Yes, once you are satisfied with the rates (after Mike confirms it with you) and you wish to proceed, you must PayNow Mike before the job gets started on.
Is Bike Rescue available on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, we operate 24/7 including weekends and public holidays, with midnight/emergency rates applying from 12am–7am on Sundays and Public Holidays.
